The presidential aide on Diaspora Abike Dabiri-Erewa has hailed the most recent s*x-for-grade report by the BBC and called for more women to speak out, Afriupdate reports.
This news medium had reported that the BBC’s documentary was carried out by Kiki Mordi and her team of undercover reporters.
The team went undercover for one year, investigating sexual harassment at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and the University of Ghana.
Kiki and her team had on Monday published the video of their findings with Abike hailing the BBC for what she described as “great journalism.”
According to a tweet on her handle, the lecturer(s) fingered in the expose should not only be suspended but also tried and prosecuted.
She noted that this would make more women who have been sexually abused to speak out against such acts:

UNILAG Takes Action
The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has suspended another lecturer Samuel Oladipo of the Department of Economics after he was also indicted in a s*xual harassment documentary.
The university’s Principal Assistant Registrar (Communication Unit), Taiwo Oloyede, in a statement on Tuesday said that the second lecturer in the documentary, Oladipupo, had also been suspended.
Igbeneghu, who was caught on camera soliciting s*x from an “admission seeker,” was suspended at an emergency management meeting on Monday.
The university announced the suspension of Igbeneghu and the shutdown of the “cold room.”
“Management at its emergency meeting of October 7, 2019, suspended Dr. Igbeneghu from work immediately and barred him from the University academic areas while the suspension subsists unless invited by a Panel constituted by the University to investigate the matter,” the statement read in part,” a statement from the university read.
