“Cooking does not keep a home” – BBNaija star, Bella replies trolls calling her a bad cook

Big Brother Naija star, Bella Okagbue has taken to Twitter to address people criticizing her cooking skills.

In a series of tweets shared on Wednesday, February 8, Bella urged her critics to keep their unsolicited opinions and advice to themselves because cooking is not a guarantee for a good marriage.

Her outburst comes months after she was mocked online for cooking soggy spaghetti for her fellow housemates in Biggie’s house.

Recall that during her time on the show, her love interest, Sheggz Olu, did most of the cooking and served her.

Bella replies

In an apparent reaction to the perception of her cooking abilities, Bella stated that she is a “good cook” who simply does not enjoy cooking.

She added that she is all about the ‘soft life’ which is why she works hard so she can afford a comfortable lifestyle.

Bella tweeted,

“Any small thing, Bella can’t cook, Bella learn how to cook, Bella cooking keeps a home blah blah blah. I really don’t know where you guys got this. I’m a good cook that just doesn’t like cooking. As long as the people that should complain, don’t mind. Please spare me the yarns 🙄

Cooking does not keep a home. You that have been cooking, Howfar? I’m all about soft life, I don’t like stress or see the need to stress. I work so hard to be able to make life easier for myself.”
