Suga of The Boy Band BTS Fully Recovers From Covid

BTS’s Suga fully recovers from Covid-19

The hit boy band BTS member Suga has fully recovered from Covid-19 and is out of quarantine on Monday. SUGA who had been receiving treatment from home for the past ten days from Friday, December 24, can now return to his daily activities.

The group’s agency Big Hit Entertainment announced this on Monday. The agency also added that Suga exhibited no symptoms of the virus during the whole duration of his quarantine.

“Suga no longer has Covid-19 and was released from quarantine at 12 p.m. Monday,” the statement continued“Suga did not exhibit any particular symptoms during his quarantine and is currently recuperating while resting at home. We would like to thank all fans who have shown concern for the artist’s health as well as those in the medical field who are doing their best to overcome COVID-19.”

The agency confirmed this through its official fan community platform Weverse.

Suga tested positive for Covid-19 on Dec. 24, a day after returning to Korea from Los Angeles. The group had been in the United States for a series of live concerts.

The singer has been in isolation since he tested positive.

While quarantining, the BTS Suga had personally reassured fans about his health by posting “I am alright 🙂 Don’t worry too much.”, on Weverse. Shortly after the statement, SUGA posted on Weverse saying “cleared from quarantine” with a laughing emoji.

Two additional BTS members, RM and Jin, are anticipated to finish their quarantine periods on Tuesday.

The two tested positive for the virus on Dec. 25.

The 3 members of BTS Suga, RM and Jin have all been vaccinated twice and had their last shots taken in August last year.
