Many feared dead as explosion hits Kano

An explosion went off in the Sabon Gari area of Kano State on Tuesday, with many feared killed.

An eyewitness told The Guardian that the explosion, which hit Aba road in Sabon Gari, also left many injured.

The police spokesman in Kano Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa did not immediately respond to questions when contacted.
