The social media handle of a Federal Government’s social investment programme, N-Power which is usually responsive to beneficiaries’ queries has gone on silent mode, Afriupdate reports.

Beneficiaries continue to wait for their July stipends, and this online news medium observed that atypically, their questions – mostly related to their unpaid stipend – are not reacted to by N-Power’s official Twitter account handlers lately.

None of all the comments on the scheme’s last Tweet made on Monday was deemed worthy of a reply.

The Federal Government’s N-Power scheme currently engages no fewer than 500,000 youth graduates deployed to provide public health services in teaching, health, agriculture and tax and monitoring.

It also engages another 200,000 non-graduates in training or on attachment to organisations as interns.

Beneficiaries in the main components of the scheme are paid N30, 000 monthly.
