- Jorge Messi took to Instagram to publicly dismiss another rumour linking his son Leo with a Barca exit, writing: “Stop inventing!!! Fake news.”
- Messi Sr was referring to a report made by ESPN Argentina which stated that Leo’s father Jorge started negotiating with Paris Saint-Germain over a January transfer.
