Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, yesterday, said the administration was taking steps to contain youth restiveness spurred by the prevailing looting and destruction of government facilities in the city.

During a virtual stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja, she called on critical stakeholders to begin strategic sensitisation of residents across the six area councils of the territory.

In a statement by her Media Adviser, Austin Elemue, the minister commended Kuje youths for resisting hoodlums who attempted to disrupt the relative peace in the community.
