Directed by Shin Won Ho Hospital Playlist is a licensed Netflix original South Korean Drama series. It is written by screenwriter Lee Woo Jung. The first season ended with twelve episodes and became the ninth highest-rated Korean Drama in cable television history.
After its huge success it is back with its second season and here is everything we must know about this series.
Hospital Playlist Season 2: Release Date
After directing some of the most popular K-Dramas director Shin Won Ho’s success in the past ten years is remarkable. The broadcaster tvn was responsible for the renewal of the second season because of its immense popularity and incredible ratings. It will be coming on Netflix in the year 2021 exact month of which is unknown yet.
We can expect a release date as soon as the current spread is over.
Hospital Playlist Season 2: Cast
Till now there are no speculations about any new additions. We can still see the old leads making their reprise namely Jo Jung-suk as Lee Ik-Joon, Yoo Yeon-Seok as Ahn Jung-won, Jung Kyung-ho as Kim Joon-wan, Kim Dae-Myung as Yang Seok-Hyung and Jeon Mi-do as Chae Song-Hwa being the five main characters.
Added to that, we can also see Doctors, Nurses and medical students and Family members of the main five.
Hospital Playlist Season 2: Plot
This K-Drama tells us about the life and story of doctor and Nurses working in Yulje Medical Center. It revolves around the story of five doctors who were together since their college days from the year 1999.
We have seen in the last season finale that Ik Jun finally got the courage to address his feelings for Song Hwa. He even before hearing any answer, asks Song to take her time and leaves for a conference in Spain. Hence, we can expect an awkward or merry encounter. On the other hand, Seok-Hyeong has a happy outlook on the future after making the decision to stay at the hospital and not taking the company of his late father.
Next season will connect the dots from where it left. We can experience relationship blossom, heartbreaks, confusions and many more. Season 2 will be a roller coaster journey which Fams are eagerly waiting to experience.
