Buhari, Tunde Bakare meet in Aso Rock

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday met with Pastor of the Latter Rain Assembly, Tunde Bakare at the presidential villa, Abuja.

No official reason was given for the meeting and the Lagos pastor also did not speak to newsmen on the outcome.

Pastor Bakare ran as running mate to President Buhari in the 2011 presidential election had in September declared that he would be Nigeria’s next President come 2023.

While leaving the Presidential villa, Bakare pleaded with reporters that he had a flight to catch and promised to return in January.
