With the processes completed, Imo has restored the January-December budget circle.

Ihedioha, on November 27, presented a proposal of N197.6bn to the assembly. Last Tuesday, the Assembly passed the bill after the Ogbuagu-led committee did necessary legislative screening.

He commended the members of the ninth state Assembly for passing the bill at record time.

Also, Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum has signed the N146.8bn 2020 appropriation bill into law, stating that he won’t entertain submissions outside the budget.
