Reduce Salt Intake

Too much salt intake can cause water retention in the stomach. Avoiding adding excess salt or cooking with fresh spices can drastically reduce your salt intake.

Take Cucumber and water-filled fruits

“An easy way to include it in your diet is to make a ginger tea with ½ teaspoon of ground or freshly grated ginger and one cup of hot water,” the study says.
