Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, says that Ebonyi state Governor “Dave Umahi” risks death for ‘his prominent role in bringing Python Dance to the South East’.

Afriupdate reports that Kanu, who said this on Tuesday, was reacting to the news of the Ebonyi State government insisting that IPOB remains a banned group.

By the time the ‘Operation Python Dance’ commenced in Abia State, Kanu’s home state, clashes occurred between IPOB members and soldiers with both sides accusing each other of provocations.

As the clashes continued, some IPOB members were arrested and others allegedly killed.
