Adama Traore and Ferran Torres are inspired by Cristiano Ronaldo’s lifestyle, according to Cadena SER.

Adama’s representatives are the same as the Portuguese legend’s – this reportedly helped him understand Cristiano’s training routine better.

From Monday to Thursday, Adama has double training sessions, combining group training and individual work. In the afternoon, he does power and injury-prevention exercises.

His training routine aside, Adama also has a strict diet – complete control of what he eats daily. He even used to try vegetarianism but gave up on it because he needed animal protein to perform well on the pitch.

As for Ferran Torres, the Spaniard has recently built a gym inside his new house. Seems like he will also take even more care of his fitness now.
