In another news, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has stated that the appointment of judges in Nigeria should be more rigorous.

This was stated on Tuesday by Osinbajo at the 2022 justice sector summit organised by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Justice Research Institute in Abuja.

Osinbajo said it is “stunning” that the process for evaluation of judges in Nigeria “is one of the least rigorous processes imaginable”.
