Dembele ends 8-month goal drought with Linares strike

Ousmane Dembele put Barca level with Linares with a low curling effort in the 63rd minute of the Spanish Cup last 32 tie.

This is the forward’s first goal in eight months.

Prior to the strike against Linares, he had not scored since May 11, when he was on target in a 3-3 draw against Levante.

Dembele suffered a devastating injury while on international duty with France in the summer. He has managed to make just nine appearances for Barcelona so far this season.
