Souness has pointed to Mason Mount getting picked consistently by two different managers.
The ex-manager says Mount’s vision and technique are what will take him to the top, among other attributes.
Mason Mount is the only player two have scored more than 1 PL goal under Thomas Tuchel.
“Mason Mount constantly gets picked in that Chelsea team,” Souness said on Sky Sports.

“Already it appears that Thomas Tuchel, their new manager, likes him as well, despite the experienced squad they have.

“Mount sees a picture, has great technique and athleticism and also looks to have a fabulous attitude – all the things you need to be a top player.”

Mason Mount scored the penalty that salvaged a point for Chelsea against Southampton and has quickly become impossible to drop for the new manager as well.
