The Englishman feels that being able to play in various roles gives him a better chance of playing in every game.
He is pleased that Solskjaer has rotated him around in all three attacking positions this season.
But Rashford insists that there is still room for improvement in his games.
Speaking about playing in various positions for Man United this season, Marcus Rashford said: “Throughout my academy days, I always tried to train myself to play in all three of those positions up front, just to give myself a better chance of getting into the first team.
“If you have a player who can play in more than one position, then you’re more likely to be involved. It’s something I always dreamed of doing and now the manager is giving me an opportunity to do that.
“I still think I can improve and do better but I’m pleased that I’ve managed to influence games in different positions and help the team win games.”
Rashford has been played as a left-winger, a right-winger and a centre-forward by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season. However, his best performances have come when he’s played from the left-wing, where the Englishman seems to be most comfortable operating through.
Despite taking some cruel criticism, Rashford has still scored 16 goals and registered 9 assists (in all competitions) this season and been one of our best performers.
