The defender leaves Chelsea for his fifth loan spell.
Abdul Rahman Baba has completed a loan move to PAOK, the official Chelsea website confirms.
The 26-year-old left-back will play for the Greek side for the remainder of the 2020/21 campaign.
The Ghanaian player has had his share of injury misfortunes – he once missed 16 months of action for Chelsea and Schalke where he was also on loan.
This season, Baba trained with the development squad after failing to secure a move in the summer transfer window.
The player joined Chelsea back in 2015 but has only made 23 appearances for the Blues since then.
