Man United may be encouraged by transfer news emerging from Germany today as it looks like Borussia Dortmund may be increasingly open to selling Jadon Sancho.
The 20-year-old winger has shone in his time in the Bundesliga, though he’s also suffered something of a dip in form this campaign, and that may have changed his situation at Borussia Dortmund.
His club now feel they may have to cash in on Jadon if Red Devils or anyone else offer nearly £90m for him next summer, and PSV striker Donyell Malen is already being looked at as a possible replacement.
This certainly sounds a bit more promising for the Red Devils, with Man United are still keen on Jadon despite his dip in form at the moment. The English forward is clearly one of the most exciting young footballers in Europe, and it would be intriguing to see what he could do at a club like the Red Devils.
The Norwegian manager would benefit hugely from adding more pace and flair to his front-line, with the English winger looking ideal for his style of play. Red Devils will hope this latest speculation suggests a growing willingness from Borussia Dortmund to negotiate a fair deal for the 20-year-old forward in the near future.
