Barca being behind Atletico in the ranking could be explained by the simple fact that Ronald Koeman’s team has had a slow start of the 2020/21 season.

The Catalans currently sit in sixth place in La Liga, having gathered only 25 points in 15 matches. So far this term, Blaugrana have registered seven wins, four draws and four losses.
